Every occupation has a common mind sourced by their proximities to one another but they have different understandings, different attitudes when facing a problem, and different scopes for their unique understandings. Just as how every single business has its values and principles, the real estate sector, too, has its own very consolidated and persistent dynamics. To understand and test the conscience of people, one has to grasp these dynamics and live through them.

As one can comprehend by the quote "The narrowest dungeons are those where one lives with those of different morals.", the people one works with should at least have a basic moral structure and principles they stick to.

To avoid any unwanted circumstances that might arise from immoral acts, making others in the real estate sector adopt morals carries a lot of importance. It would be hard and underestimating to pigeonhole the moral judgments of the sector onto a simple ground, but it also can't be denied that considering today's terms and conditions, people operating within this sector will be obliged to meet and cooperate at some point. Because of this reality, people who are responsible for coordinating these moral standards should be subjected to evaluation.

As it's known, one of the most both socially and individually important moral adjectives that one can possess is "eloquence". Hence, a person who has managed to achieve the internal balance at its essence will naturally speak of good and speak well. As it can be understood by these words of Mevlana Celaleddin Rumi: "Two eyes, two ears, one mouth, we have.", observing and listening more than speaking is the quintessential principle.

Being integrous is one of the building stones of morals. Because only if a person speaks the truth with his words and endorses it with his whole being, then only that person shall be able to beget acts and deeds that are in accord with other moral values. For one who lacks this trait, it is more than enough to think about what kind of negativities and how severe of destruction lying can bring. With this way of commerce, that person can neither establish a solid social connection nor he can achieve what he had hoped for. The most crucial point here is that any and every person should be aware of their negative traits and take them as seriously as they can.

If we were to quote Mevlana Celaleddin Rumi again, a person of this lane of commerce should "Be like you look or look like you are.". A person, any human being has the constant need of achieving an order of life by establishing it upon truth. So as to say the foundation of morals is to be just, and the one of just is to be right. Inner righteousness begets external integrity, and integrity begets achievement and success. When this balance is established, it is more probable for a person to be successful than it is for them to fail.

Workers of this sector need to control their instincts, their emotions and be in total control of their anger and gluttony. Someone who doesn't have control over these emotions will eventually demonstrate negative versions of these and harm himself, as well as his company and social circle. Where there is no patience, there is chaos and ambiguity. Such a company will lose its control and won't be able to sustain itself and head to the selfish ways of survival, neglecting its customers and morals in the meanwhile. Whereas patience grants one the salvation from the feeling of strandedness and hopelessness, motivating them to stick to their morals for longer, no matter the difficulty. Someone who has grasped the importance of and adopted the virtues of hope, control, and acquiescence will live to experience the benefits of having patience. Our glorious forefathers have lived to prove this, less than a century ago. People who strive by conscience and morals will live to see themselves evolving. Patience is one of the quintessentials of success.

One of the traits that can be correlated with one's devotion to their moral understanding is "pudicity". Pudicity is the trait that is encountered in people who live by certain moral principles. For one to have pudicity, they need a cumulation of moral principles that they act right by. Since pudicity directs people to act right, even making them noble in a sense, it should be known that it grants people peace of mind and salvation. A self-righteous person who's fond of themselves goes around believing that they're the bodification of virtues whereas they're blinded by their pride which keeps them from perceiving their wrongdoings and maybe even considering them good traits. A smart and humble person, however, can perceive their faults and act to correct them. As a result, it is only right to say that pride and arrogance can not be the traits of people of this sector.

Generosity, which comprises tolerance and empathy, is one's will to share the available opportunities with others (such as fondness, tolerance, information, experience, property, etc.) without expecting anything in return. A generous worker of this sector seeks out to help others with whatever they have and these deeds motivate others to be grateful to him and trust him.

A person demonstrates their sense of individuality by "being" within the community that they have the eligible belongingness sense to feel like they belong to. A sector worker functions in the same manner, except the fact that their community is the company they work with. Being friends and having a sincere rapport with coworkers is a virtue of utmost necessity. A good company gains value with good teamwork. A person's relationship with others is important for it's a gateway into their personality and a platform for them to express their character. Morals became apparent by this relationship. Worries do not get lesser in a world where everyone says "I" or "Me" but rather raise and become more severe. The main reason for today's companies' failures is the lack of healthy communication within those firms. The only way to overcome this problem is to care about others like self and be aware of the fact that a self-centered way of life never was, never is, and never will be viable.

One of the fundamental dynamics of humans is self-respect within the context of interpersonal relationships. The virtue that is called manners is a virtue with its roots in the individuals essential; which is to say, it starts from within. For a healthy relationship, manners are a must-have. Even though manners and their importance, as well as their extent, differ from one sociocultural environment to other, it is necessary to sustain a common point with which everyone can be comfortable with conforming.

Virtues such as manners can be adopted merely by witnessing them. The main point that craves our attention is sincerity. Knowing why manners matter and consciously being as such is the best way to grant one this sincerity so that they can avoid being pretentious. To be sincere and care about others just because is the essential of being well mannered. Where there is no morals nor manners, work ethics can't find a place. A sector worker with good manners can be considered as a person who has adapted themselves to the community within which they thrive and live. Manners are also fed and motivated by respect. Someone with self-respect also respects others, as well as the community in general. Someone who lacks adequate manners but has substantially good academic credentials wouldn't be able to become valuable for they wouldn't be able to benefit the teamwork that is required for a successful company. And if this someone is a person in charge of a division or even any aspect of the company, their eventual destruction is almost inevitable.

Obviously, humane desires and instincts can't be casted away, yet, as people, our main social responsibility is to keep them under control to the best of our abilities. How can we be satisfied when our desires are insatiable? As a worker of this sector, we can answer these questions by stating that the only way to function in despite of all these desires is to make do and convince ourselves with what's rightfully enough. All these evaluations only serve to prove that the qualifications of our intentions are the fundamental dynamics that give meaning to our deeds. Good intention is the inevitable factor to achieve an employee-based sector wide quality; it is also the what grants us human beings the ability to assess our thoughts and behaviors in a moralistic perspective.

The main reason of the thorough explanation of why morals are important in a work environment and how can they be achieved is to give the observer an idea regarding how extensive is the effect of morals in the context of our line of business; given the fact that it is more extensive than any other individual-based factor that has a significant effect on the health, sustainability and prosperity of the commerce, it is more than plausible to suggest that these virtues cannot be forced upon the employees nor it can be expected from the employees to adopt them in a short-tem process, but rather this structure of virtues that became a trait and an internally bred and begotten value system can only be achieved by the auxiliary aspects of one's life, such as being nurtured appropriately and having experienced healthy interpersonal relationships.

The adoption of work ethics and it's maintenance is naturally bound to having some requirements met by external interventions –or motivations-. And, plausibly, the prior way of meeting these needs is education. It should be known that education can be given and received both consciously and unconsciously, open and covertly. Today's rising rates of violation and neglect of work ethics pose as an implication of the fact that education regarding work ethics aren't efficient if it is at all given in the first place. And at the base of ethics education is the sense of belongingness and the level of auto-control. That is why in all chambers of the community and all bits of the workplace, moral education is necessary. It is also known that the workplaces and organizations where the level of devotion to work morals is high, levels of efficiency and effectiveness are also high [3]. Which is to say that the level of employees' devotion to their work morals is not only correlational with the company's success rate, but it is also causal. If a firm is committing immoral acts, this also directly causes employees to lose morale as well as it deteriorates their moral integrity [4]. So what is repeatedly mentioned about the employee is also applicable to their employers, since, employees develop their sense of morals in the path that is drawn by their employers [5]. Employees' good traits should be praised, whereas their bad traits and deeds should be corrected. This is the main way to initialize employees' self-modifying conscience.

A sense of responsibility takes time to be developed. Being the main anchor point of the personality and identity development, sense of responsibility triggers the employees' development of confidence and self-respect, ability to use independent initiative, become fair-minded, to utilize and make the best of the oppurtunities around them and to be self-conscious about his traits and deeds all the while being objective and in total control of their emotions; which adds up to a successful employee, which happens to be the quintessential of a successfull business formation.
